2. Confirm MOQ and Terms
Minimum order quantities vary by product line — standard linkage and tillage parts can be ordered in moderate wholesale quantities; custom components carry higher minimums. Confirm MOQs with your quotation.
3. Payment Terms — L/C ou T/T
We accept Letter of Credit (L/C) and Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). L/C is often preferred for first orders or larger amounts — the bank guarantees payment against shipping documents. T/T is common with established relationships.
4. Produção — Production (~40 Days)
After confirmation, your order enters production with a dispatch lead time of approximately 40 days for stock and repeat items. Inspection reports and photos can be shared before shipment.
5. Despacho e Frete — Dispatch and Sea Freight
Orders are packed in export-grade wooden boxes and cartons, dispatched from our facility to Mundra or Nhava Sheva (Mumbai), and shipped by sea to major Brazilian ports — Santos and Rio Grande are the principal destinations for this trade. 6. Desembaraço Aduaneiro — Customs Clearance
Your importer of record clears the shipment with Brazilian customs (Receita Federal). Your despachante aduaneiro (customs broker) handles the declaration and duties.
