The UK’s agricultural and construction sectors keep millions of acres and thousands of sites working — and every tractor, digger, and attachment depends on parts that wear, bend, and eventually need replacing. From 3 point linkage components on a compact tractor in Devon to bucket teeth and pins on a mini digger on a London site, the demand for dependable replacement parts never stops. For UK importers, dealers, and parts distributors, the question is where to source them from with consistent quality and honest lead times.

Jrs Farm Parts is an ISO 9001:2015-certified manufacturer in Ludhiana, India, exporting tractor, agricultural, and excavator wear parts to the UK and 60+ countries. We are an Indian manufacturer and exporter — not a UK company — and this page explains exactly how UK buyers can import our parts, what documentation is involved, and what to expect at every step.

Why UK Distributors Buy From Us

Direct Manufacturing — No Trader Markups

We are the manufacturer, not a trader. Forging, heat treatment, machining, and assembly happen in our own ISO 9001:2015-certified facility in Ludhiana. You deal directly with the people who make the parts — full traceability, no importer or broker layers.

Factory-Direct Pricing

As a manufacturer-exporter, we price at the factory gate. UK distributors buy at volume rates without the multi-tier distribution chain that inflates costs, supporting competitive margins in the UK market.

30+ Years and 60+ Export Markets

More than three decades of manufacturing experience, exporting to Europe, North America, and beyond. Our export team ships to UK ports routinely and knows the documentation the trade requires.

Excavator & Agricultural Expertise in One Plant

Most suppliers specialise in either agricultural linkage parts or excavator wear parts. We manufacture both — tractor 3 point linkage components alongside bucket teeth, pins, and bushes — so UK buyers can consolidate sourcing across their whole parts list.

Product Range for the UK Market

We manufacture and export the product families most in demand across UK agriculture and construction:

For the agricultural range, start at the 3 point linkage parts hub or browse the tractor linkage category. For excavator wear parts, see our Excavator Bucket Teeth Guide — the teeth product range is being finalised, so send us your part numbers for a quotation in the meantime.

How Importing to the UK Works

Importing from India to the UK is a standard trade process. Here is the path an order takes:

1. Request a Proforma Invoice

Send us the part numbers, specifications, and quantities you need via our Quote Request form. We respond within 1-2 business days with pricing, availability, and a proforma invoice for your review.

2. Confirm MOQ and Terms

Minimum order quantities vary by product line — standard linkage and wear parts can be ordered in moderate wholesale quantities; custom components carry higher minimums. Confirm MOQs with your quotation.

3. Payment Terms — L/C or T/T

We accept Letter of Credit (L/C) and Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). L/C is often preferred for first orders or larger amounts — the bank guarantees payment against shipping documents. T/T is common with established relationships. Both are confirmed in the sales contract.

4. Production — ~40 Days

After confirmation, your order enters production with a dispatch lead time of approximately 40 days for stock and repeat items. Inspection reports and photos can be shared before shipment.

5. Dispatch From India

Orders are packed in export-grade wooden boxes and cartons, then dispatched from our facility to Mundra or Nhava Sheva (Mumbai) for sea freight.

6. Sea Freight to the UK

Containers ship to major UK ports — Felixstowe and Southampton are the principal destinations for this trade, with Liverpool and London Gateway also served. Transit times vary by route; your forwarder or ours can quote exact schedules.

7. Customs Clearance & Import VAT

Your importer of record clears the shipment through UK customs. Import VAT is charged on the landed value of the goods, and your customs broker or freight forwarder can confirm the current rate and any duty applicable to your specific product line. If your business is new to importing, your forwarder can handle clearance on your behalf.

Documentation for UK Importers

Every export order includes the documentation UK customs expects:

Important note on trade arrangements: Because our parts are manufactured in India, standard UK import duties and import VAT apply per the UK tariff schedule. Your customs broker can confirm the exact rates for your product line — we will tell you honestly what our documentation can and cannot support.
