Texas agriculture is bigger than most countries’ — more farms than any other US state, cattle operations across the Panhandle and Hill Country, row crops in the Blacklands and High Plains, and a construction and oilfield sector that keeps trailers, loaders, and excavators working year-round. Every one of those machines depends on parts that wear, bend, and eventually need replacing: 3 point linkage pins and top links on a ranch tractor, couplers and jockey wheels on an equipment trailer, teeth and pins on a mini excavator.

For Texas importers, distributors, and dealers, the question is where to source those parts with consistent quality, honest lead times, and factory-direct economics.

Jrs Farm Parts is an ISO 9001:2015-certified manufacturer in Ludhiana, India, exporting tractor, agricultural, and trailer parts to the United States and 60+ countries. We are an Indian manufacturer and exporter — not a US company — and this page explains how Texas buyers import our parts, what documentation is involved, and what to expect at every step.

Why Texas Dealers and Distributors Buy From Us

Direct Manufacturing — No Trader Markups

We are the manufacturer, not a trader. Forging, heat treatment, machining, and assembly happen in our own ISO 9001:2015-certified facility in Ludhiana. You deal directly with the people who make the parts — full traceability, no importer or broker layers.

Factory-Direct Pricing

As a manufacturer-exporter, we price at the factory gate. Texas distributors buy at volume rates without the multi-tier distribution chain that inflates costs, supporting competitive margins.

30+ Years and 60+ Export Markets

More than three decades of manufacturing experience exporting to North America and beyond. Our export team ships to US Gulf ports routinely and knows the documentation the trade requires.

A Full Range From One Plant

Tractor 3 point linkage, trailer parts, and ground-engaging components from one ISO-certified plant — so Texas buyers can consolidate their parts list across fewer suppliers.

Product Range for the Texas Market

We manufacture and export the product families most in demand across Texas agriculture, construction, and transport:

For the full range, start at the 3 point linkage parts hub, the tractor linkage category, or the trailer parts category.

How Importing to Texas Works

Importing from India to the US is a standard process that Texas importers handle every day. Here is the path an order takes:

1. Request a Proforma Invoice

Send us the part numbers, specifications, and quantities you need via our Quote Request form. We respond within 1-2 business days with pricing, availability, and a proforma invoice for your review.

2. Confirm MOQ and Terms

Minimum order quantities vary by product line — standard linkage and trailer parts can be ordered in moderate wholesale quantities; custom components carry higher minimums. Confirm MOQs with your quotation.

3. Payment Terms — L/C or T/T

We accept Letter of Credit (L/C) and Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). L/C is often preferred for first orders or larger amounts — the bank guarantees payment against shipping documents. T/T is common with established relationships.

4. Production — ~40 Days

After confirmation, your order enters production with a dispatch lead time of approximately 40 days for stock and repeat items. Inspection reports and photos can be shared before shipment.

5. Dispatch From India

Orders are packed in export-grade wooden boxes and cartons, then dispatched from our facility to Mundra or Nhava Sheva (Mumbai) for sea freight.

6. Sea Freight to the US Gulf

Containers ship to US Gulf ports — Houston is the principal destination for this trade to Texas, with other Gulf and East Coast ports available. Transit times vary by route; your forwarder or ours can quote exact schedules.

7. US Customs Entry

Your importer of record clears the shipment with US Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The Importer Security Filing (ISF, “10+2”) is filed ahead of arrival — your customs broker or freight forwarder handles this. Duties are assessed per the HTS classification of the goods; your broker confirms the exact rate for your product line.

Documentation for US Importers

Every export order includes the documentation US customs expects:

Important note on trade arrangements: Because our parts are manufactured in India, they do not qualify for USMCA preferential tariff treatment. Standard US import duties apply per the HTS schedule. Your customs broker can confirm the exact duty rate — we will tell you honestly what our documentation can and cannot support.
