Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for linkage components (e.g. drawbars, hitch systems, lift rods etc.). Issue RFQs / purchase orders; negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules. Monitor supplier performance (quality, lead times, cost) and initiate corrective action when needed. Maintain inventory levels to avoid production delays while minimizing carrying costs. Review technical drawings/specifications to ensure components meet design & safety requirements. Track market trends & raw material costs; recommend cost-saving or alternative sourcing options. Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and with regulatory or safety standards.

Job Description – Key Responsibilities : 1. Overseas Customer Website Analysis : Conduct in-depth research and analysis of potential overseas customers, mainly in Europe, through their websites and online platforms to identify business opportunities, product demand, and company credibility. 2. Data Compilation and Management: Create and regularly update Google Sheets of existing and potential overseas customer databases, including accurate company addresses, contact details, product interest, and other relevant information. 3. Customer Interaction and Communication: Professionally interact with European customers via email, calls, or text to share product information, resolve queries, gather feedback, and strengthen relationships, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups: 4. CRM and KYC Handling: Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to update customer interactions, and ensure proper Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation of all European customers as per company norms. 5. Presentation and Reporting: Prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports related to customer data, market trends, sales analysis, and project updates for internal review and external communication. 6. Documentation – Trading Account and Proforma Invoices: Create and maintain trading accounts, draft Proforma Invoices (PI), and share with clients while ensuring accuracy and compliance with export documentation standards. 7. Data Comparison and Market Analysis: Regularly compile customer data, compare market pricing, product demand, and competitor activities to identify new market trends and potential business strategies. 6. Daily Reporting and Work Management: Submit daily reports to the Head of Department (HOD), outlining the tasks performed, progress on leads, communication updates, and pending issues for better workflow management. 9. ISO 9001 Documentation Compliance: Maintain records and documentation as per ISO 9001 standards to ensure audit readiness and smooth certification compliance of the department. 10. Acting as Auditee in Departmental Audits: Participate as a departmental auditee during internal and external audits, providing accurate data and explanations as required by the auditors. 11. Price Calculations and Costing: Calculate accurate pricing for tractor parts based on customer requirements, raw material costs, and margin targets while preparing quotations and commercial offers. 12. International Market Analysis Tools: Use tools like Dollar Business, Apollo.io, and VOLZA to analyze international markets.
