Procurement Specialist – Tractor Parts

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for linkage components (e.g. drawbars, hitch systems, lift rods etc.).

• Issue RFQs / purchase orders; negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules.

• Monitor supplier performance (quality, lead times, cost) and initiate corrective action when needed.

• Maintain inventory levels to avoid production delays while minimizing carrying costs.

• Review technical drawings/specifications to ensure components meet design & safety requirements.

• Track market trends & raw material costs; recommend cost-saving or alternative sourcing options.

• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and with regulatory or safety standards.
