What We Do In-House

Custom manufacturing is only as reliable as the production steps you control. Our Ludhiana facility covers the full chain:

In-house forging — linkage pins, balls, and ends are forged in our own shop, not outsourced
Machining — turning, milling, and thread rolling to specified tolerances
Heat treatment — including our carburizing furnace, so hardened components meet hardness requirements
Assembly and finishing — welding, plating/coating per your finish specification
Quality control — dimensional inspection, hardness verification, and material checks under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system

Because the chain is in-house, specifications stay controlled end to end. We do not re-sell someone else’s production and call it OEM.

The Custom Development Process

1. Drawing or Print

Send us your drawing, sample part, or specification sheet. We review it for manufacturability and respond with a technical assessment and quotation — typically within 2-3 business days.

2. Sample Approval

For new parts, we develop a sample against your drawing. Samples are inspected, photographed, and shipped for your approval before production begins.

3. Production

On sample approval, production starts in batches with in-process inspection at each stage — forging, machining, heat treatment, and finishing.

4. Quality Control

Finished parts are dimensionally inspected and hardness-tested. For export orders, we share inspection reports and photos before dispatch.

5. Export

Parts are packed in export-grade wooden boxes and cartons and shipped from Mundra or Nhava Sheva to your port. Production-to-dispatch lead time is approximately 40 days for repeat items; custom development adds sample lead time on the first order.

What OEM Buyers Need to Provide

To quote accurately, we need:

Drawings or a reference sample — dimensional drawing preferred; a physical sample works
Material specification — steel grade and hardness requirements (e.g., case-hardened grades, through-hardened specs); if you specify, we verify against it
Tolerances — critical dimensions and acceptable ranges
Finish requirements — plating, coating, or paint specification
Quantity and packaging — volumes and any packaging instructions

Honest note on documentation: We provide dimensional inspection reports, material certificates where available, and production records as agreed with each customer. If your program requires formal PPAP-level (Production Part Approval Process) documentation, confirm the full requirement up front — we will tell you exactly what we can support and what we cannot, before you commit.

MOQ and Payment Terms

MOQ: custom components carry higher minimums than standard lines, depending on tooling and batch setup. We confirm exact MOQs with your quotation.
Payment: Letter of Credit (L/C) or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), confirmed in the sales contract.
Lead time: approximately 40 days production-to-dispatch for repeat items; add sample development time for new parts.
